This year we’ve been looking closely at email marketing to better understand how customers organize, schedule, and create email messages. We’ve noticed there are a variety email-creation workflows for which there are no standards in the industry. So, we’ve decided to create a new standard for this process. We’ve named it “Direct Mail”. Within the next year, we plan to release Direct Mail as a new email-creation product in the Mail app (available on MacOS and Windows), powered by this new standard.

The Layer Style command changes these preferences and adds more to the blend tool. The opacity of a stylized layer can be adjusted. Individual layer style also applies image masks. Remastering the Lightroom 5 Beta 2 is a breeze. You will get a clean install file, but you should not use it. As always, you should use your backup data to restore the previous Lightroom data. Before going further, please use a backup like Easeus Disk Copy . You can save your backup and use it on a DVD or on another computer, if you wish. The data will be in a separate file for backup purposes and will not be stored in Lightroom. This will allow you to completely erase and start working in the new Lightroom 5 version.

The Lightroom interface is pretty straightforward. All the tools you know from the previous version remain in 5. The minimum print size is still double-page, although this is easily changed using the import settings. There are no options today for customizing cover pages in Lightroom, but as a workaround you can use the Preview option, which allows you to preview small images on a single page. Take your shots with a 60×40 cm picture frame, place it into perfect focus, set your corresponding focus point and the preview will pop up on the Lightroom screen and you can continue working as normal — you will use the cropped frame as a template to print the corresponding large size picture.

Another important addition is the ability to edit images in the Camera RAW format. This means you can edit raw files as long as your camera is compatible with Camera RAW. Lightroom 5 is capable of reading and previewing files in the raw format. This is a big plus for people using digital cameras like the Nikon D300, Canon 600D, 5D Mark II or the Olympus E-M1. For professionals who rely on these cameras the ability to read and preview RAW images in a modern application will be very useful. However, let’s rewind to where we started: as a photographer there is no possible way you can do trustful editing of images in the raw format. It will be an interesting one-time process though, don’t discount it.

What Version do you use: I use Version CS6 which is the latest version. Every 4 years it comes out with a new major version, and a number after it is the minor version. This is in no way necessary to use the program, you can continue to use older versions. However, the older versions you tend to see more things that the software used to and may not be as up to date with newer technology. I am using the latest version to ensure I am using the best.

In addition to the full desktop studio versions and mobile apps, Adobe Photoshop has also released a new resource library for the mobile app. The library contains lessons, training videos, blogs, interviews and other curated content as well as a blog.

Included with the software release are a host of new features including AI improvements with the advent of Auto Smart Sharpen, enhanced selection tools, improved brush options and automatic mask cleanup. The popular Photoshop CC application has been updated to add layered artboards for editing artwork files and a new workspace template. Users can also import 3D images for the first time to create digital art and work on meshes.

The Adobe Photoshop product line now includes standalone versions of Photoshop Elements and Lightroom for designing, editing, organizing and printing photographs. These new editions bring many of the same tools to fun and sleek new platforms. Photo App package includes additional exciting features. For example, you can organize your photos and organize your projects by keyword, location, name, and more. All of these pictures and more are stored on cloud spaces, meaning that you can share your images with friends and family. You too can count coffee mug sizes, find your favorite adventures, and design a DIY weekly calendar.

With the new cloud functions in Elements 2023, you can easily access all of your photos stored in an online gallery whenever you need them. You can now take your images and create a publication directly from the desktop. And you can launch a new version of your publication directly from the cloud.
