So, if I’m going to buy a third-party RAW converter, why not the one that offers access to the tools that are already built into Photoshop? Thankfully, there’s a new Photoshop-style RAW converter from Microsoft called Microsoft Power Photoshop. I first used Power Photoshop about a year ago and found it excellent.
