I can’t find anything like that. Even if you boot up in safe mode and try to install then from your USB. It won’t work. You need to use the install media. Using the install media allows the system to locate the install files. If you have a USB already try reformatting it first and reinstalling, but be sure the media you do so is current. If this doesn’t work either you can still work your way around.
First click on the hard drive. After that, take the USB drive out. Then press and hold the left control key. Then click the on-screen “hot keys” and click “start/run” to open up a dialog box. Click on “Create a shortcut” and then click the (+) sign. I then name it “Start-UBuntusetup”.
