Hello, I downloaded and installed this and it did not work. I uninstalled it and downloaded and installed the new version (6.06) and it does not work. I uninstalled the older version and the new one and same problem. It does not delete any shortcuts. It says it has been successfully installed but when I go to the program it says it does not exist.
