Happy Wheels is a platform game in which players control one of three characters called “Joysticks” to complete levels to the two flags at the end of each level. As the game currently only has two levels, this is not hard to do.
The maze levels contain a lot of enemy and hazard formations that will need to be passed by the Joysticks; conversely, some levels simply require the player to circumnavigate the maze, such as the Ice level.
Despite its similarity to other games such as the Mario and Zelda series, Happy Wheels is not close to being a casual game. In fact, the core design is often inspired by other games, such as the use of throwing items to pass obstacles, but it is the shocking and creative level designs (called “mazes”) that truly make the game unique.
Gameplay is varied by the Joysticks and their vehicles, which can run on wheels, wheels and a suitcase, jump high, or even cling to a rocket to lift them out of a pit. These abilities are not used always, but are rather a “one-time-use-ability”, which means that players have a limited-time window to use them for access to the next level.
This vehicle is a very small car with a seating space for one person. The mini car is a licensed property of Safecult, appearing in commercials airing in Japan, the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
