When I press play, no sound is played and I get the “Could not load” error message. Not only that, but the DLL error is also gone. I’ve tried other.dll’s from the same folder, and they all work fine.
I found that if I only copy the axvlc.dll from the “DLL Cache” folder to the “Program Files” folder, the activex doesn’t load up.

After copying the axvlc.dll from the “DLL Cache” to the “Program Files” folder, I get no DLL error but I get no sound output either.

I had a similar issue. I was able to fix it by updating VLC and then re-opening my browser.

The courts in Scotland have confirmed that mandatory detailers can request a settlement from their clients, regardless of whether the client is an organisation, an individual or a partnership.
The court was called on to consider whether two solicitors could be ordered to give an undertaking to pay over sums owed to a client.
The case concerned a client who was owed money by a firm of Chartered Accountants (“the Chartered Accountants”). As required by regulation, the Chartered Accountants entered into a “Mandatory Details” agreement with the solicitors, and as part of that agreement, the Chartered Accountants asked the solicitors to pursue any claim or recovery for the client. The Chartered Accountants made it clear that they expected the solicitors to recover the money.
The Chartered Accountants left the firm, took a judgement against them in an amount exceeding £200,000, and made a demand for repayment from the solicitors.
The solicitors brought an action against the Chartered Accountants in the Court of Session in Scotland. The action sought to avoid liability for the claim by arguing that the Mandatory Details agreement prohibited any disclosure to any third party about the dispute, and that
