Left Mouse click on the macro. Right mouse click on any of the keys you want to map to it, including other macros. The keys that you can bind to other macros are indicated by a small arrow icon.
With the main menu appearing, make sure that you select the “Create 3D-compatible environment” option.
This option will allow you to create a new desktop setup. The environment needs to be in a format that will be capable of displaying 3D effects.

This means that you can use it in two distinct ways, giving you
almost unlimited opportunities to see your desktop environment as
you would expect it to be displayed.
This allows you to see your desktop side-by-side with what's on your
second screen with a result that can be considered as the 3D effect
by its own. You can also use a Windows 10 side-by-side desktop
layout when you have an external projector, allowing you to
display your desktop alongside its full-screen counterpart
converted to a 3D-compatible signal.
DesktopSbS works in 2D and 3D modes
In 3D mode, the desktop environment will be rendered as three
copies, appearing like two monitors side-by-side, both in a single
device and in a single workspace. In 2D mode, the app will work
just like your normal desktop environment. This way, you will have
the option to use the application in a full-screen mode when
displayed in 2D, giving you a truly “2D” experience.
DesktopSbS user interface
In the bottom menu bar, you will find a short list of preset key
combinations for opening the application in different modes.
These key combinations will provide you with an easy way to work with
your desktop environment from the preview window.
Pressing Alt+A will switch to a preview window where you will be able to
select the resolution, among other options, of your desktop
environment.
Pressing Alt+S will show you the preview window, displaying your
desktop environment in split-screen mode.
Pressing Alt+P will show you the preview window, displaying your desktop
environment as a full-screen preview.
