Photo Merge is designed to make using Photoshop easier. Its design allows you to select the background and edit it without having to lose the original image. Raster Effects – The feature allows you to apply subtle effects to your image that simulate the appearance of certain types of film. The main features of this type of effect are tone curve, grain, and temperature.

Saving files – You can save your image in various formats, to use them in other programs, share, or even publish it online. You can also save functional transparency layers to use in other layers in Photoshop, etc.

Styles and presets – Put together a set of adjustments that simplify your editing process or that you can apply to different projects. Create a style that lets you quickly apply a color scheme, correction, or workflow to several files. Set up a workflow for quick corrections or design changes that can be applied to different versions of a file.

To me, this was a testament of why Adobe is the leading Edge Device of choice for creatives all across the globe. Adobe has set itself the goal of creating an editing suite that is simple, intuitive and innovative for all. This new experience can be used as well as any other Adobe product, including Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic designers. Instead, it identifies the area around a moveable object that will keep the object’s shape and is the best match for that area. You can move and combine objects, and then resynthesize the picture. It sounds magical, so it is. The technology also is smart enough to cope with edges between objects. That’s a big deal when you’re working with a horizon line, for instance. Auto-CAM makes it easy to make any object float above a landscape. Some of you may be tempted to do away with the background photo altogether.

Shapes Match Eyedroppers work almost like magic, multiplying the precision of manual selections. And a new Airbrush tool for painting on top of images and even UV Mapping. Plus there’s new settings for fine-tuning your image in the Adjust menu.

Then there are the new products, such as professional-grade desktop video editing. This is the first video editing software from Adobe that gives you a complete suite of tools, including an intuitive timeline, powerful video editing features and powerful audio tools—all powered by AI. When you integrate Adobe Sensei into any of the high-performance video editing features in Photoshop, you can use AI to bring personality, timing and emotion to your projects.

The Color Balance tool can be accessed from the Adjustments panel with the Color/Curves tool by pressing Ctrl+ Alt+ C. More fine tuning options and presets have also been added, which help users adjust the image easily. You can also apply the Restore Default setting in the Adjustments panel for each adjustment in your images.

Animations can be created using the Adjustment Layers with more motion effects. In Photoshop CS6, users can also use the Rotate feature in the Actions panel to create a variety of static effects. Also, with the new feature in Photoshop CS6, users can now create a composite of the entire image with the use of the new Adjustment Layers and the same user interface.

The Brush panel now has Edit In tools, like the Eraser and Clone Stamp, to help you quickly clean up your work and simplify your workflow. Also, the Brush panel now has the new Fill Pattern Soap Bubble pattern that you can use to create seamless Mosaics. You can apply any of the patterns with the ability to colorize the bubbles in the background.

In Photoshop CS6, you can easily create and manipulate vector graphics using smart manipulation tools and study the results in the Quick Mask panel to quickly see your image’s graphics in its entirety. You can use the Freeform tools to transform, edit and isolate edges with the Freeform tools by extruding, thickening, reducing or repositioning.

In the 2010s, Adobe released Photoshop Elements 11 in November 2015. It was the first version of Photoshop for Mac and Linux, both of which were separated into a separate publishing division. In 2016, elements for Windows was launched. In January 2017, Adobe announced it was bringing Elements to the web. In December 2017, Adobe acquired the company 19 Bullets, which is a distraction-free website editor for people who edit photos and other types of media on a regular basis. The Elements version uses the newer, Web-safe rendering engine. In October 2017, these editions of Elements were also ported. In June 2018, the new Elements for iOS was launched. On a side note, I’m not very impressed with Canva’s photo editing. The “design elements” and “restyling” feature lacks a lot of options for adjusting the size and positioning of text, borders, and arrows. I know that in their Creative Cloud app/service they get the nuances of editing a design but in the web-based app; the defaults just don’t give you enough leeway to get the desired design effect. For example, being able to set the position of arrows, text, etc is a must for some of their users. Of course, I’m no designer, so I can’t comment on this feature. But being on a roll, I have a question for you. Are the program settings in the default profile to your liking?

I am still a 100% fan and user of Lightroom 4 and up to now (I have upgraded from CC 2.3 to CC4.2 in October 2015, just before 4.3) best LR version. However, LR5.2 is really, really, truly difficult to figure out, and so far is rotating all the comments that other photographers started to write to the users. I do not know if its 100% a product of the beta, has never used Beta anything before; but in my opinion, it seems you are throwing a lot of features in without having them work well. As of the user experience, it seems like LR lost the battle of who has the best user´s experience and it now is less buggy and more productive and easy to use, but just an average user going to figure out how things work. I am just hoping that the product will eventually be ready to use and usable by not so technical users and I am going to wait for this product to be stable and usable before buying it. from the screenshots, it seems the user interface is transparent over top of the previous version of LR but, how do you do this without distorting the views of previous user´s comments and photos in the interface?…
